I want to express gratitude for the
months that I have spent with the SS.CC.
religious of the
USA Eastern Coast
Province and with the members of St.
Joseph’s Parish and The Family Pantry - Damien’s Place. What
I have learned and what everyone has so generously shared
with me goes beyond all measure. Nothing can replace
everything that I have experienced. I will remain
forever indebted to everyone.
The memories of my pastoral year will always remind me of my
lifelong commitment to the ministry that God has called me
to undertake. I humbly ask that you continue to pray that I
may persevere and that God will continue to call me to this
life of service in his name.
Again, my sincere thanks and
appreciation for everything; I will surely miss you all.
On various occasions over the past year, photographer Jack
Iddon, who is also the web designer for the Congregation’s
Website, was able to follow Bro. Ross, who lived with the
community at Damien Residence in Fairhaven, Mass. We regret that
we were unable to do the same for Bro. Barnabas who served at
the SS.CC.CIM in
Artesia,
New Mexico.
