Fairhaven Sacred Hearts Sisters Begin

Centenary Year Celebration

A banquet dinner with the representatives of the Secular Branch became the occasion to begin the Centenary Year Celebration for the sacred hearts sisters.   At the Sacred Hearts Provincial House in Fairhaven, Ma.,   A silent Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament began the Centenary.   The first SS.CC. Sisters arrived in Fairhaven in 1908 to begin their Adoration and education apostolate.  Pictured above are  Sr. Muriel Ann Lebeau, Sr. Claire Bouchard, Sr. Eleanor Marie Cyr and  Fr. Bill Petrie.
